Monthly Repayment

The above repayments are quoted monthly in advance, i.e. the first rental being payable on settlement
With Leasing contracts there is a once only $110 document fee which is payable with the first rental
Monthly repayment quoted does not include stamp duty which varies from state to state
The tax deduction for lease finance is the amount of the monthly lease rentals
GST of 10% needs to be added to the monthly rental
