LVR
LVR stands for Loan to Valuation Ratio. It is the ratio between the value of an asset (usually property) and the amount of the loan or proposed loan against the asset. For example, if a property were valued at $500,000 and the loan against the property is proposed as $400,000 then the LVR would be 80%. With newsagency finance, the standard maximum LVRs are as follows:
Residential Property - 80% LVR
Commercial Property - 70%-75% LVR
Newsagency Business - 50%-60% LVR |
